The Cary Cancer Crusaders, Cary Medical Center’s Relay for Life Team, held “The Great Pizza Challenge” during the month of April with Big Cheese Pizza and Pizza Hut of Caribou. Proceeds from the team fundraiser will benefit Relay for Life from the Cary Cancer Crusaders.
Big Cheese Pizza was the winner of the challenge selling just over 2,000 pizzas, with Pizza Hut a close second. Holding their plaque are, from left Michelle Gagnon, Big Cheese Pizza Owner, Martha Frank and Cary Cancer Crusader Teammate Kaitlyn Umphrey.
