    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.

    Curtis D. Barnes, 34, Easton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation.
    Sarah L. Bartley, 28, Mars Hill: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation revoked; and burglary, 18 months in prison.
    Anthony G. Binnie, 35, Limestone: assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail.
    Angela M. Caruso, 42, Mars Hill: assault on an emergency medical care provider, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation.
    Gerald D. Churchill, 56, Washburn: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise (two counts), filed without costs (each).
    Lance L. Cormier, 32, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and illegal possession of firearm, 90 days in jail.
    Christy L. Curry, 38, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 20 days in jail (each).
    Dawn M. Cyr, 35, Grand Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail; and burglary, 20 months in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation.
    Kial J. Dionne, 23, Mapleton: domestic violence criminal threatening, 60 days in jail, all but two days suspended, one-year probation.
    Robert A. Doody, 48, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, two years, six months in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, one-year probation.
    Christopher K. Espling, 26, Woodland: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.
    Robert J. Fieler, 34, Presque Isle: probation violation, 15 months in prison, probation revoked; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; theft by receiving stolen property, six months in jail; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
    Stacey E. Griffin, Jr., 55, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 180 days in jail, all but 20 days suspended, one-year probation; and violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
    Jessica Grigsby, 27, Presque Isle: acquiring drugs by deception and forgery, dismissed (each).
    Bruce A. Hoyt Jr., 21, Easton: harassment, dismissed.
    Gregory Hughes, 64, St. Francis: illegal possession of firearm, $1,500 fine, $750 suspended.
    Jordan Jackson, 23, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued, $5,301.96 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 12 months in prison; and forgery, 12 months in prison, $301.96 restitution.
    Catherine Johnson, 50, Fort Fairfield: operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license and registration suspension; and criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Brian T. Keenan, 36, Limestone: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
    Brenda Klezos, 27, Caribou: probation violations (three counts), 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued (each).
    Eric A. Labreck, 28, Caswell: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.
    Katrina L. Lank, 39, Caribou: probation violation, six months in jail, probation revoked.
    Amy Virginia McDonald, 32, Mars Hill: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension.
    Patrick J. McAfee, 35, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine, five months in jail.
    Eugene J. McLaughlin III, 23, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Adam Michaud, 32, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug and stealing drugs, dismissed (each).
    Natasha R. Michaud, 25, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge; and burglary, two years in prison, all suspended, and one year, six months’ probation.
    Steven Michael Mielnicki, 39, Jackman: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force; and criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
    Kegan A. Mitchell, 21, Caribou: eluding an officer, dismissed.
    Brian M. Monson, 40, Augusta: arson, 10 years in prison, all but two years suspended, four-year probation, $20,396.50 restitution.
    Jesse C. Parker, 29, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation, $3,840.65 restitution (first), 60 days in jail (second); and forgery (two counts), 60 days in jail (each), $1,630.01 restitution (second).
    Brandy Joan Pelkey, 36, Presque Isle: probation violation, 96 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Charles R. Robinson, 33, Masardis: OUI, one prior, dismissed; and reckless conduct, $600 fine.
    Raymond Salch, 59, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.
    Chad J. Soucy, 32, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in jail, all but 11 days suspended, one-year probation, $22,197 restitution.
    Jason P. St. John, 34, Caribou: assault, 14 months in prison, all but 115 days suspended, one-year probation; and terrorizing, 45 days in jail.
    Dustin Charles Sutton, 36, Presque Isle: gross sexual assault (two counts), 25 years in prison, all but 10 years suspended, 10 years’ probation (each); and unlawful sexual contact, 10 years in prison, all suspended, and six years’ probation.
    Jimmy D. Trotter Jr., 34, Caribou: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Rodney Turcotte, 42, Fort Fairfield: theft of services, $200 fine.
    Travis J. Webb, 35, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months, one day in prison, probation revoked; and domestic violence assault, priors, nine months, one day in prison.
    Earl I. Whidden, 60, Van Buren: gross sexual assault, 15 years in prison, all but eight years suspended, and six years’ probation.
    Patrick B. White, 37, Perham: domestic violence assault, priors, and criminal trespass, dismissed (each); and violating condition of release (three counts), 12 months in prison (each).
    Brenda Wilkins, 27, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 90 days in jail.
    Adam T. Worsley, 29, Perham: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 10 days in jail (first), dismissed (second).
