     Lynn E. Jackett, 57, of Andrews, NC, and Bridgewater, ME, passed away Saturday, June  7, 2014, at his home. He was born on January 9, 1957, in Houlton, the eldest son of Wendall and Nancy Williams Jackett. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the 101st Airborne. He was an avid outdoorsman and marksman, enjoying shooting competitions, hunting, and fishing. A day with nature was a good day. 
    In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his wife, Gretchen Jackett of Andrews, NC; three daughters, Krista, and her husband, Mark Boutilier, of Houlton, Janelle and her husband, BJ Grant, of Island Falls, and Kelsey Jackett of Marble, NC; four grand-children, Tyler and Jackson Boutilier, and Collin and Davis Grant; two brothers, Blaine and his wife, Sharon Jackett, of Houlton, and Bruce Jackett of Bridgewater; niece, Erica Jackett of Houlton; nephew, Jeremy and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Jackett; and great-nephew Mason Jackett of Littleton.
    A memorial service will be held at a later date.
