CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.
• Graydon E. Adams Jr., 52, Limestone: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspension, three years’ registration suspension.
• Jillian R. Adams, 37, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, dismissed.
• Andrew Barash, 24, Presque Isle: obstructing report of crime, four months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one-year administrative-release sentence; criminal restraint and domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison (each); and gross sexual assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
• Jacob Bonville, 21, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
• Tasha Boyce, 36, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $400 fine, six months in jail.
• Dylan P. Brooker, 21, Whitefield, assault, $300 fine.
• Alton Bunker, 46, Fort Fairfield: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, 60 days in jail, six years’ license suspension.
• Gene N. Charette Jr., 35, Madawaska: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 104 days suspended, one-year administrative-release sentence.
• Bryant Corriveau, 22, Presque Isle: hunting without valid license, $150 fine; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Mark L. Crouch Jr., 38, Woodland: criminal mischief, 364 days in prison; aggravated criminal trespass and assault, five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation, $20,852.06 restitution (each); and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
• Christy L. Curry, 38, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 20 days in jail (each).
• Danielle F. Deprey, 30, Fort Kent: OUI, dismissed; and reckless conduct, $1,000 fine.
• Joshua M. Disy, 32, Caribou: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in jail, all but 160 days suspended, two years’ probation.
• Reginald Dube, 54, Grand Isle, unlawful sexual contact, five years in prison; furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine, 364 days in prison; and gross sexual assault, eight years in prison, all but five years suspended, three years’ probation.
• Cody J. Dunton, 19, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, dismissed; and assault, $700 fine.
• Matthew Paul Gagne, 19, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 120 days in jail, all but 40 days suspended, one-year probation; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine, 10 days in jail.
• Carter V. Grass, 21, Mars Hill: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.
• Philip S. Griffeth, 24, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed.
• Mackenzie R. Hatt, 18, Blaine: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Jonathan P. Holt, 34, Hartford: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension; passing a roadblock, $500 fine and 60 days in jail; eluding an officer, 18 months in prison, all but four months suspended, one-year probation; driving to endanger, dismissed; and motor vehicle speeding 30-plus miles over speed limit, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail.
• Matthew J. Howe, 23, Washburn; criminal mischief (two counts), 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year administrative-release sentence (each).
• Tomis Hoyt, 24, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and six months in jail.
• Tiffiney Johnson, 29, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 70 days in jail; and assault, dismissed.
• Keith Jordan, 36, Castle Hill: cultivating marijuana, $500 fine, nine months in jail; illegal possession of firearm (two counts), $2,000 fine, 30 months in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended; one-year probation (first), nine months, one day in prison (second); unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and obstructing government administration, dismissed (each); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited.
• Shaun C. Kinney, 36, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 11 months in prison, all but 45 days suspended, two years’ probation; aggravated assault, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 25 days in jail.
• Tanya LaPierre, 49, St. David: operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, dismissed; and violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (each).
• Leasha R. Law, 39, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
• Ronald Leclair, 63, Fort Kent: unlawful sexual contact, five years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation.
• Jonathan Lopez, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
• Monica M. MacDougal, 67, Bristol: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $400 costs.
• Joshua A. Martin, 26, Connor Twp.: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine, 45 days in jail; stealing drugs and burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed (each); and theft by unauthorized use of property, 45 days in jail.
• Kether M. Martin, 27, St. Agatha: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Aurelie A. Merz, 69, Lacrescent, Calif.: violating protective order, filed on $100 costs.
• Eric J. Mowatt, 26, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five years in prison, all suspended, one-year probation; and robbery, 10 years in prison, all but three years suspended, two years’ probation, $13,040 restitution.
• Angel M. Nibby, 53, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), dismissed (first), $400 fine (second, third), 90 days in jail (second), 30 days in jail (third); criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Melissa R. O’Neill, 32, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 358 days suspended, two years’ probation, $1,764.22 restitution; violating condition of release, six months in prison; illegal possession of firearm, 358 days in prison; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 358 days suspended, two years’ probation; and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 358 days in prison.
• Eric Pabon, 22, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, dismissed.
• Amy Ruest, 27, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, $1,440 restitution.
• Susan G. Tardif, 55, Blaine: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 24 hours in jail.
• Eric Robert Thibodeau, 26, Washburn: criminal trespass and criminal mischief, five days in jail (each).
• Joshua Wilcox, 19, Caribou; aggravated assault, dismissed.
• Trisha M. Willette, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation continued.
