On July 23, the Happy Losers held the weekly meeting at the Congregational Church vestry in Island Falls. The leader, Jackie Pratt opens the meeting with the usual pledge and roll call. Eleven members weighed-in and ten attended the meeting.
Jackie Pratt, and Shirley Sides were the losers for the week and Judi MacArthur was runner-up. Great job ladies, so says Joyce. Weight loss for the week was excellent. Secretary Shirley Sides and Treasurer Dotty Rand gave reports for the week.
Joan Sides led the program for the week. Her topic was on Drinking Water Before Breakfast, with interesting information. Meeting was adjourned on time for breakfast at the River Cafe.
