AROOSTOOK COUNTY GRAND JURY
   The Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its fourth session of 2014 on July 14 and handed down 60 indictments against 55 individuals without any “no bills.â€
   Those indicted include:
•   Ryan A. Scott, 30, Littleton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).
•   Lucas A. Landry, 35, Smyrna: burglary, theft (two counts) and criminal mischief.
•   Stephanie A. Simon, 37, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
•   Thomas O. Lowrey, 36, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, cultivation of marijuana and criminal forfeiture.
•   Ronald J. Folsom, 28, Houlton: assault, domestic violence assault, endangering the welfare of a child and violation of bail conditions (three counts).
•   Dustin R. Haney, 25, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
•   Keith I. Tingley Jr., 47, Caribou: assault on an officer, violating condition of release, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, aggravated unlawfully furnishing scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, trafficking/furnishing scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture (two counts).
•   Michael J. Nickerson, 25, Bangor: operating after revocation.
•   Marcus A. Toner, 25, Hodgdon: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
•   Christopher A. Sennett, 43, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
•   Sara E. Miller, 25, Hodgdon: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
•   James H. Cook III, 42, Hodgdon: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
•   Eric M. Totten, 27, Houlton: burglary, aggravated criminal trespass and assault.
•   George H. Hallyburton, 35, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
•   Suzette E. Lord, 36, Houlton: theft (with priors), and violating condition of release.
•   Tyson P. Cofske, 29, Houlton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone.
•   Howard J. Burns, 30, Edmonton, Alberta: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) and criminal forfeiture.
•   Jesse E. Sawyer, 32, Linneus: burglary, theft and criminal mischief (four counts each).
•   Keith W. Cocheran III, 39, Westfield: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and refusing to submit to arrest.
•   Martin D. Clark, 57, Portage: burglary, theft and violating condition of release.
•   Robert Bowring, 31, Ashland: aggravated assault.
•   Bobby L. Nightingale, 33, Presque Isle: theft (four counts) and burglary of motor vehicles (five counts).
•   Rebecca L. Nersessian, 27, Mars Hill: forgery, operating after revocation and violating condition of release.
•   Travis McDonald, 27, Presque Isle: theft.
•   Ricky C. Hill Sr., 27, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating condition of release and criminal forfeiture.
•   Katie Farris, 33, Ashland: theft.
•   Stephen Howard Cyr, 43, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal operating under the influence.
•   Richard E. Buckey, 30, Mars Hill: theft.
•   Dale Simpson, 44, Castle Hill: violating condition of release.
•   Jeffrey W. Brown, 46, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) and violating condition of release (two counts).
•   Ralph Levesque Jr., 26, Presque Isle: robbery, theft (two counts) and violating condition of release.
•   Arthur R. Gray, 23, Mars Hill: aggravated criminal trespass, assault and burglary.
•   Andrew J. Legassie, 22, Presque Isle: attempted exploitation of a minor (seven counts), indecent conduct (12 counts), violating condition of release (seven counts), attempted sexual abuse of a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor (two counts).
•   Melissa P. Jackson, 34, Presque Isle: theft and aggravated forgery.
•   Dusty R. Glasscock, 25, Caribou: theft (two counts).
