•   Duane Davis, 52, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
•   Madison C. Dick, 20, Mapleton: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
•   Amy M. Dube, 44, Mapleton: littering, $250 fine.
•   Larry A. Easler, 37, Washburn: criminal trespass, 10 days in jail; and criminal mischief, 10 days in jail, $5.88 restitution.

•   Douglas A. Gagnon, 47, Middleton, Conn.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
•   Brian Gilmer, 25, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $700 fine.
•   Trevor T. Graves, 28, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $300 costs.
•   H.E. Forestry Ltd., Fort Fairfield: displaying false fuel use decal, dismissed.
•   Mitchell D. Hanning, 23, Mapleton: motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.
•   Dale Jackson, 47, Clinton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., filed with no costs.

•   Christopher J. Ruth, 22, Caribou: illegal use of fireworks, $200 fine.
