LEO FREEMAN, owner of Perception of Aroostook in Presque Isle, offers a helping hand to clients as they set out for a kayak trip starting from the Thomas Brewer Park boat launch in Washburn and traveling via the Aroostook River to the boat launch in Presque Isle.
