    WYOMING, DE & PRESQUE ISLE, ME – Wilma L. (Tilley) Recor, 66, affectionately known as “Tookie” by her family, died in her sleep on Sunday, July 27, 2014. She was born in Presque Isle, ME, on November 29, 1947, the daughter of the late Lewis R. Tilley and Mina E. (Farley) Tilley.
    Wilma was a free spirited, independent woman who enjoyed time with friends and family. She worked as an LPN for many years, but has been a horsewoman for the past two decades, a passion instilled in her by her father. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure to know and love her.
    She is survived by her children: Robert Elder and his wife, Karen of Lexington, SC, and Elizabeth Urbanski and her husband, Mark of Plantsville, CT; her grandchildren, Marissa and Meadow Asal and Ella Urbanski, Jacqueline and Hunter Elder; a great-grandchild, Paizleigh Elder; her sisters, Shelley O’Rourke and Deanna Little of Caribou, ME; a sister-in-law, Colleen Maskell of Bangor, ME; and a brother-in-law, Berkley Gadwah of Meriden, CT.
    She was predeceased by sisters, Janet Brassbridge and Velma Gadwah; and her brother, George “Sandy” Maskell.
