WASHINGTON, D.C. — Thomas Freeman of Presque Isle is finishing an internship in U.S. Sen. Susan Collins’ Aroostook County Constituent Service Center, in Caribou, after having successfully served as an intern during the summer.

“Thomas’ hard work and enthusiasm during his time as an intern in my Aroostook County Constituent Service Center were greatly appreciated,” said Sen. Collins. “It always delights me to see native Aroostook County students return home from college in order to pursue local internships and job opportunities.”
The son of Steve Freeman and Jayne Farrin of Presque Isle, he graduated from Presque Isle High School in 2013. Freeman is a sophomore at Bowdoin College in Brunswick and plans on obtaining a major in government and eventually pursuing a law degree.
