MONTICELLO – Peter Cedric Harvey, Sr. 71, died August 31, 2014, at a Bangor hospital. He was born October 6, 1942 at Houlton, the son of Eldora Harvey.
Peter owned and operated Harvey’s Saw Mill and PJ’s One Stop before retiring. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed time at camp with his family and friends.
Peter is survived by his wife of 54 years, Bevely (Wotton) Harvey; children, Lorrie Lowery and her husband, David, Sherry Lenentine and her husband, Kevin, PJ Harvey and his wife, Trisha, all of Monticello; six grandchildren, Michael Lowery, Amanda Cox, Rebecca Cowperthwaite, Joshua Lenentine, Wyatt Harvey and Garett Harvey; six great-grandchildren Stephen, Brandon, Hunter, Abby, Cody & Dylan.
