16-month-old, Harper Holabird, the grand prize winner of the 50-inch limited edition Boyd Bear valued at almost $800, gets to know her new friend. Three other winners — Aiden Fitzgerald, John Morrill and Joe Underwood — each won a Boyd Bear valued between $215 and $300. Winners of the Boyd’s Bears for Breast Cancer raffle, which raised almost $500 for Pink Aroostook, a county-wide breast health program of Cary Medical Center, were selected and announced at the final Thursdays on Sweden Street event held on Aug. 21 in Caribou. The prizes were donated to Cary Medical Center in memory of the late Geraldine Michaud by her husband, James Michaud.
