The students prepared lunch and snacks for event, which served over 110 DOT members each day. In addition to the training days, Business and Community Liaison Roger Felix was awarded the opportunity to speak to both groups of DOT representatives, outlining Loring’s mission and the many programs offered on center.
Loring officials said that the culinary students represented the center with the utmost professionalism and, after introducing themselves to the DOT members, presented a cake in honor of Job Corps 50th Anniversary.
