Student chefs at the Viking Corner Café recently hosted their annual grand opening at the Caribou Regional Technology Center last week, featuring a menu of chicken stew, ployes and chocolate cake. The Grand Opening drew 30 hungry customers, including students, relatives, friends and school staff members. Once school resumes after Harvest Break, fast foods will be prepared daily with a special luncheon on Wednesday, served up between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in room 157.
