• Jonas A. Kinney, 18, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Bryan Lawlor, 36, Vassalboro: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
• Logan Lockhart, 25, Fort Fairfield: refusing to sign criminal summons, 24 hours in jail; and obstructing public ways, dismissed.
• Daniel R. McCue, 26, Presque Isle: entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally, $100 fine.
• Travis McDonald, 27, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 45 days in jail.
• Henry Meyer, 28, Presque Isle: unlawfully trolling fly, $100 fine.
• Michael Muir, 23, Calais: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Joseph R. Oldenburg, 18, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
• Chad M. Ouellette, 41, Houlton: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
• Jessica Kay Patterson, 29, South Hadley, Mass.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
• Stephanie L. Pelkey, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), $250 fine (each).
• Seth Christopher Perkins, 24, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Adrienne M. Reed, 30, Fort Fairfield: harassment, $150 fine.
• Jennifer L. Reney, 31, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
• Cody T. Rice, 20, Biddeford: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Devin D. Schinhofen, 18, Brunswick: operating vehicle without license, $100 fine.
• Roy Sturgeon, 54, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Alyssa Theriault, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Zachary L. Theriault, 24, Presque Isle: entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally, $100 fine.
• John A. White Jr.: 63, Limestone: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ registration and license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.
• Shannon M. Wilcox, 46, Presque Isle: carrying concealed weapon, $250 fine.
