Forced diversity in The County
To the editor:
This morning’s WAGM report on the “retiring” Presque Isle school superintendent caught my attention. How many Maine residents “retire” to go to work with the communist Chinese? Why is it so important that Aroostook County have “diversity” forced on us in the form of young communist radicals being sent here to study with our children? Who says “diversity” of this type is a good thing in a nation where we barely remember our own roots, do not know what a “republic” even is anymore, and are becoming more and more like the police state that is currently cracking down on students and other protestors in Hong Kong simply for asking for the right to choose their own candidates?
I know private academies in Lee and Dover-Foxcroft (and probably in the Portland area as well) have been importing communist students for some time, and that’s their business, I suppose, as private entities. But it sure sounded like, from this morning’s report, we are going to have Chicom students forced on our public schools in Aroostook County soon. Why? Is this something the grass roots in Aroostook County is demanding? … More “diversity” of the sort that murders their own citizens by the thousands? If not, then who, exactly, is pushing this agenda? We’d better find out.
I am sure the liberals will whine and shout how “wonderful” it is for our students to be exposed to these kids, who are not, after all, the sons and daughters of the poor there who work 100-hour weeks in factory sweat shops where they have to install safety nets on the factory dorms to catch jumping suicides. No, these are the sons and daughters of the wealthy communist apparatchiks who will be overseeing these horrific, polluting, prison-factories.
Charlotte Iserbyt, the federal Education Department whistleblower who now lives in Dresden, warned us that these educational “initiative” agreements were being signed with the Communists way back under Reagan! Few took her warnings seriously. She also warned us 20-plus years ago about The Communist (sic) Core, and these corporate-run “Charter schools” (that eliminate school boards, but still take local tax money) which even our “tea party” Governor thinks is just the greatest thing since sliced bread.
That was all instigated under Reagan, the “great conservative”… and we think we have a two-party system here! LOL … It’s been all one world-government promoting single-party system here since at least the time they killed Kennedy.
