CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.
Luis Antonio Alduende-Villa, 39, Fort Kent: probation violation, 250 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Travarn Bell, 19, New York, N.Y.: assault, filed on $300 costs.
Robert E. Bowring Jr., 31, Ashland: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
Paul Burke, 67, Van Buren: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim (two counts), 14 months in prison (each); domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; and violating condition of release (13 counts), four years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation (first, seventh, 9th-11th), and dismissed (second-sixth, eighth, 12th and 13th).
Kimberly Sue Chatman, 37, Gardiner: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $500 costs.
Deney R. Deprey, 36, Wallagrass: operating under the influence, no test, prior, and operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, dismissed (each); and driving to endanger, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 30-day license suspension.
Joshua Doughty, 30, Biddeford: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 20 months in prison and $370.48 restitution; probation violation (two counts), 10 months in prison (first), 20 months in prison (second) and probation revoked (each).
Larry A. Easler, 38, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison.
Timothy Golden, 25, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Renaldo Jones, 22, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, six months in jail; assault on an officer, burglary and stealing drugs, 15 months in prison (each), $245.71 restitution (first) and $275 restitution (third); refusing to submit to arrest or detention — physical force, violating condition of release, assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
Lucas R. Laplante, 21, Washburn: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Ralph D. Levesque Jr., 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), robbery and violating condition of release, seven years in prison, all but three years suspended, and two years’ probation (each, concurrent).
Kathryn Lewandowski, 31, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Maurice J. Lizotte Jr., 40, Madawaska: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Kevin A. Makepeace, 33, Caribou: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked; illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine, five years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 90 days in jail.
Troy M. Marchant, 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), five days in jail (each); and OUI, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Jessica J. McMinn, 26, Limestone: reckless conduct, $250 fine; and driving to endanger, dismissed.
Keith Michaud, 36, Presque Isle: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, and two years’ probation; and aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs, dismissed.
Rebecca Nersessian, 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (three counts), six months in prison (first, third), dismissed (second); operating after habitual offender revocation, prior (three counts), $1,000 fine (first, third), six months in prison (first), dismissed (second), two years in prison, all but one year suspended, one-year probation and $125 restitution (third); and forgery, six months in prison and $125 restitution.
Joshua K. Pelletier, 19, Fort Kent: criminal mischief and kindling fire without permission, dismissed (each).
Vincent C. Perkins, 21, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts) and stealing drugs (two counts), 75 days in jail (each); and criminal trespass, 75 days in jail and $1,750 restitution.
Bruce W. Plummer, 70, Caribou: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), eight years in prison and three years’ probation (each, concurrent).
Paul Rossignol Jr., 39, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 120 days in prison and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Dale S. Simpson, 45, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 18 months in prison, all but four months suspended, and one-year probation.
Judson T. Taggett, 22, Allagash: criminal mischief and criminal attempt, dismissed (each).
Brent M. Thibeault, 20, Frenchville: driving to endanger, dismissed.
Philip Thompson, 23, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $600 fine, 10 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second).
Robert J. Ventura, 42, Fort Fairfield: assault, 364 days in jail.
Shawn R. White, 30, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, and one-year probation.
Dana R. Wilson, 32, Washburn: probation violation, 56 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Eileen P. Winfrey, 44, Madawaska: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
