The Aroostook County grand jury completed its fifth session of 2014 on Oct. 9 and handed down 35 indictments against 33 individuals without any “no bills.”
Among those indicted were:
Michael Doucette, 28, Van Buren: operating after revocation; assault (two counts); and ATV accident with personal injury.
Shawn M. Maxfield, 31, Knox: aggravated operating after revocation; OUI; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; and violating condition of release.
Micah G. Lawlor, 39, Merrill: burglary; theft; and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Sarah R. Hartley, 37, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Nathan D. Brewer, 34, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs; illegal importation of scheduled drugs; and violating condition of release.
Joel J. Landry, 58, Madawaska: arson; criminal trespass; violating condition of release; and aggravated criminal mischief.
Robert E. McKenzie, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Steven A. Selander, 23, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Timothy M. Cormier, 47, Presque Isle: theft by deception.
Paul C. Cote III, 40, Mars Hill: criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; and violating condition of release (two counts).
Joshua Fraser, 19, Presque Isle: eluding an officer; passing a roadblock; failing to stop for an officer; and driving to endanger.
Paul L. Gibbs, 38, Presque Isle: reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (two counts); criminal mischief.
Ward W. Ballard, 50, Caribou: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts); unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (three counts); and criminal forfeiture.
