Betty Buzzell, of Caribou has joined Katahdin Financial Services as a Cetera Investment Services Consultant with responsibilities for helping clients pursue their financial goals. Located throughout Aroostook County, Cetera Investment Services has offices at Katahdin Trust Company in Caribou, Presque Isle and Houlton. Buzzell will be based in Caribou and will work with clients in the Caribou, Limestone and St. John Valley areas.
“With Betty’s experience in the sales and service of investments and insurance products and her strong commitment to customer service, she is a great addition to the team at Katahdin Financial Services,” said Vicki Smith, senior vice president of marketing and communications at Katahdin Trust Company. “Betty’s dedication to the financial well-being of her clients as well as her involvement in community and civic activities will make her an asset to Katahdin Financial Services as well as the area in which she will be serving.”
As a native of Caribou, Buzzell attended Caribou High School and graduated from the University of Maine at Presque Isle with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. With six years of experience in the financial services industry, Buzzell has both the series 7 and series 66 FINRA registrations. Active in the local community, she is a member of the Caribou Chapter of Rotary International and has participated in local marketing events and activities with the Caribou Chamber of Commerce.
Buzzell resides in Caribou and has two adult sons, Carl and Erik Anderson, both residing in Caribou as well.
