PRESQUE ISLE & CARIBOU – Keith W. Dyer, 80, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at a Caribou hospital. Keith was born in Carson on July 26, 1934, the son of Loomis and Irene (Ellis) Dyer.
Keith worked for his uncle, Herbert Hanson on the family farm both before and after being drafted into the U.S. Army. He met his wife, Rosemary (Foley), in California where they were married. He later worked for McCains, Potato Service and Colombia for many years. He enjoyed traveling in his RV, going to Connecticut, Michigan and Florida.
He is survived by his son, Mark and his wife, Nancy (Couture) Dyer, of Mapleton; his brother, Reggie Dyer of Michigan; grandchildren, Gary Dyer of Presque Isle, and Danielle Cyr and her husband, Derrick, of Easton; and great-grandchildren, Gage and Aaden Dyer, and Delanie and Dylan Cyr.
In addition to his parents, Keith was predeceased by his wife, Rosemary; and a son, Michael Dyer.
Family and friends may call at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church Street, Presque Isle, from 12-1 p.m., on Thursday, November 20, 2014, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Rev.
