Currier & Trask named a ‘Best Law Firm’ for 2015
PRESQUE ISLE — Currier & Trask, P.A., with offices in Presque Isle and Houlton, has been cited by US News & World Report and Best Lawyers as a “Best Law Firm” for 2015. Currier & Trask was named a Tier I Law Firm in two practice areas. This is the second consecutive year Currier & Trask has been awarded this honor.
The firm is comprised of six attorneys practicing at Currier & Trask, P.A. in Presque Isle and Currier, Trask and Jordan in Houlton: Richard L. Currier, Norman G. Trask, Philip K. Jordan, James M. Dunleavy, Jon P. Plourde and Jessica R. Currier.
In a recent press release, US News-Best Lawyers noted that “ranked firms, presented in tiers, are listed on a national and/or metropolitan scale. Receiving a tier designation reflects the high level of respect a firm has earned among other leading lawyers and clients in the same communities and the same practice areas of their abilities, their professionalism and their integrity.”
The 2015 rankings are based on the highest number of participating firms and highest number of client ballots on record. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the United States. Attorney Norman Trask has been listed in 2013, 2014 and 2015 in the practice areas of personal injury litigation (plaintiff) and workers’ compensation law (injured workers).
“Currier & Trask, P.A. is proud to again receive the designation of a ‘Best Law Firm’ for 2015,” said Trask. “The firm looks forward to continuing to provide professional and quality legal services to our current and future clients throughout Aroostook County and the state of Maine.”
