Presque Isle is having a ball! A Christmas Ball is planned for Wednesday, Dec. 17.
The University of Maine at Presque Isle has offered its Campus Center to host the event. The campus’ cafeteria chefs will be creating the dinner. A silent auction will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the ball at 7 p.m. Original paintings by UMPI alumnus Roger A. Rabideau Jr. and photography sessions from photographer Mary Woollard’s Captured Memories by Mary Beth are among many items to be auctioned.
Tickets to the ball are $25. This price includes a dinner provided by Aramark Dining Services. Proceeds from ticket sales and the auction will benefit the Raven Food Pantry and the community programs of Christ Built Ministries.
This will be a magical evening, so get those gowns and tuxes out, dust off your dancing shoes and get ready for the ball!
