    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.

    Emily E. Adams, 28, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property (two counts), $250 fine (first), dismissed (second).
    Paul D. Bartlett, 48, Caribou: operating ATV under the influence over 21, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail.
    Ryan D. Bossie, 26, Caribou: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Ethan Chechowitz, 19, Derry, N.H.: hunting without valid license, $200 fine.
    Stephen Chechowitz, 48, Berwick: hunting under the influence over 21, dismissed; and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $600 fine.
    Jeannette M. Chouinard, 47, Wallagrass: failure to stop, provide information and OUI, $500 fine (each) and 150-day license suspension (second).
    Karen A. Ciccolella, 25, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine; and domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed.
    Jamie Corey, 34, Presque Isle: criminal restraint by parent, child lives in Maine, dismissed.
    Stephen H. Cyr, 43, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
    Steven Cyr, 40, St. Agatha: unlawful sexual contact (two counts) and gross sexual assault, acquitted (each).
    Stephen D. Davenport Jr., 26, Presque Isle: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 14 days in jail, and three-year license and registration suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, nine months and one day in prison; and violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.
    Connie A. Day, 59, Fort Fairfield: stealing drugs, filed on unspecified costs.
    Jason R. Doak, 33, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked.
    Joseph A. Engebretson, 36, Wallagrass: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation revoked.
    Daniel L. Forbes, 34, Stockholm; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
    Victoria French, 44, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 days in jail (each).
    Matthew Paul Gagne, 19, Caribou: probation violation, three days in jail, probation continued.
    Bennett H. Gahagan, 27, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, and one-year probation; violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed.
    Shane D. Giberson, 23, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
