• Jason A. Maillett, 44, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $700 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.

• Leigh L. Mills, 29, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $133.23 restitution.
• Renee Alyssa Moore, 23, Presque Isle: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $400 fine.
• Eugene P. Morrow, 69, Limestone: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Thomas R. Pelkey, 21, Fort Fairfield: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Carmelo Gonzales Perez, 41, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; and theft of services, $150 fine.
• Arthur J. Pimental, 20, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
• Brandan G. Pinchott, 27, Mapleton: entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally, $100 fine.
• Darlene Rogers, 60, Mapleton: theft of services, $200 fine and $442.62 restitution.
• Jose Rosado, 37, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• David Charles Rowland, 21, Westfield: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $829.79 restitution.
• Richard Dean Scovil, 80, Tampa, Fla.: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with unspecified costs.
• Roland Skinner, 54, Orange, Conn.: lake and river protection sticker, $100 fine.
