HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
Chelsea M. Anderson, 24, Woodland: violating condition of release, six months in prison.
Amy M. Bourdeau, 40, Detroit: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 90 days in jail.
Robbin Brewer, 34, Houlton: operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction; 72 hours in jail; and operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Tony L. Brown, 42, Linneus: burglary and terrorizing, dismissed (each); violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one-year probation and $120 restitution.
Benjamin M. Carton, 30, New Limerick: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass, 60 days in jail (each).
Paula Gardiner, 28, Merrill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Billie Ann Hanington, 20, Linneus: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, one year in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, and three years’ probation.
Greg W. Hitchcock, 42, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 40 months in prison, $5,939.99 restitution.
Eric W. Knox, 44, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Lucas A. Landry, 35, Smyrna: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $13,887 restitution; criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 90 days in prison (each); and theft by receiving stolen property, 30 days in prison.
Suzette E. Lord, 36, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), three years in prison, all but nine months and one day suspended, two years’ probation and $12,333.98 restitution (first), three months in prison (second, third); and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in prison (each).
Tabbatha Osnoe, 30, Danforth: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Stephen J. Perkins, 58, Orient: domestic violence assault, $500 fine.
Derek J. Roy, 28, Smyrna Mills: burglary, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $500 fine, five years in prison (each); criminal attempt and arson, three years in prison (each); and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Amanda K. Sherman, 36, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $144.93 restitution.

Cody Brewer, 19, New Limerick: terrorizing and burglary, dismissed (each); and criminal threatening, 364 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year probation.
Bud R. Cochran, 36, Houlton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
Daniel A. Dennison Sr., 35, Houlton: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, violating condition of release, and domestic violence assault, 30 months in prison (each); and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, six months in prison.
Joseph G. Fitzpatrick, 32, Houlton: violating condition of release, dismissed; and operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Ingrid Holmes, 28, Houlton: domestic violence assault, dismissed; assault (two counts), $300 fine (first), dismissed (second); and criminal trespass, $200 fine.
Danielle Lheureux, 38, Auburn: harassment, dismissed.
Micah P. McGillicuddy, 26, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and three months in jail.
Avery McGuire, 21, Hagerstown, Md.: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed.
Cheryl M. Sawyer, 35, Houlton: probation violation, 107 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Jesse E. Sawyer, 32, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, refusing to submit to arrest or detention/refusing to stop, failing to stop for officer, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), dismissed (each); eluding an officer, one year in prison; theft by receiving stolen property, two years in prison; criminal mischief (four counts), dismissed (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), dismissed (each); and burglary (four counts), two years in prison (each).
Salvatore J. Valiante III, 34, Linneus: assault, $300 fine and 15 days in jail; and probation violation, priors, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
