To the editor:
The car is broke down and the argument in Washington is whether we should paint the car red or blue.
The main reason for this is because the people who lobby and make campaign contributions run a limousine service that does better when the car is broke down. The mechanics in Washington and industry blame the riders for not pushing hard enough.
