AROOSTOOK COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
• Danielle R. Ouellette, 23, Caribou: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and reckless conduct, dismissed.
• Eric Pabon, 22, Limestone: criminal mischief and assault, dismissed (each).
• Kevin D. Phillips, 21, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, fighting, filed with $100 costs.
• Dustin D. Plourde, 23, Fort Kent: criminal mischief, dismissed; and criminal attempt, $200 fine.
• Danny P. Taylor, 39, Easton: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence.
• Tracy M. Tompkins, 46, Ashland: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 81 days suspended, and one-year probation; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Jimmy D. Trotter Jr., 35, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Robert J. Ventura, 43, Fort Fairfield: assault, 364 days in jail.
• Joshua G. Young, 39, Presque Isle: probation violation, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Mark J. Zagranis, 39, Caribou: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 364 days in prison, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension; operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, 48 hours in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked — OUI (two counts), $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license and registration suspension (first), dismissed (second).
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October.
• Dylan Anderson Knoll, 23, Caribou: domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; aggravated assault, five years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, and two years’ probation; and criminal mischief, six months in jail.
• Tyler Bieniek, 19, Davie, Fla.: aggravated assault, nine months in jail; gross sexual assault and gross sexual assault/furnishing, administering or employing intoxication, dismissed (each).
• Dennis J. Clair, 36, Bridgewater: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 90 days in jail (first, second), $1,738 restitution (first), $105 restitution (second), dismissed (third); burglary, dismissed; and criminal mischief, 90 days in jail.
• Roland Clavette, 51, Madawaska: terrorizing and violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail (each).
• Craig A. Cyr, 25, Madawaska: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.
• Charles Vincent Day, 25, Alfred: reckless conduct and illegal possession of firearm, nine months in jail (each).
• Derek Giggey, 38, Limestone: possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, $750 fine, two years in prison, all but 45 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Brandon Green, 18, Mapleton: driving to endanger, dismissed.
• Jesse Green, 33, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 80 days in jail.
• Stacey E. Griffin Jr., 56, Washburn: terrorizing, $200 fine.
• Stewart H. Haggerty, 44, Lewiston: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Chad M. Hamilton, 26, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release (two counts), unconditional discharge (each).
• Kurt Jordan, 35, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
• Kathryn Lewandowski, 31, Presque Isle: criminal attempt, $500 fine.
• Christopher Mancos, 35, Milo: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in jail.
• Theresa M. Marquis, 36, Eagle Lake: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 45 days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and three years’ license and registration suspension; and operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, dismissed.
• Nikolas B. Martin-Sackett, 25, Caribou: possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, $750 fine, two years in prison, all but 45 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Jean Marc Michaud, 52, Madawaska: assault, filed with $500 costs.
• Brandon J. Mills, 25, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts); dismissed (first), $400 fine, four years in prison, all but one year suspended, three years’ probation and $120 restitution (second).
• Ryan P. O’Neal, 31, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $1,000 fine.
• Jerry P. Ouellette, 52, Caribou: reckless conduct, $600 fine and 60 days in jail; OUI, prior, dismissed; and theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, 10 days in jail and $200 restitution.
• Steven M. Paradis, 32, Fort Kent: operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, dismissed; and OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and six-year license and registration suspension.
• David A. Powell, 62, Waterville: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, filed with $250 costs; and illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.
• Benjamin A. Rossignol, 22, Stockholm: violation of privacy (two counts), 364 days in jail (each); and unlawful sexual contact, 10 years in prison.
• Robert C. Rossignol Jr., 55, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Matthew R. Sands, 32, Caribou: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Jared Ray Sirois, 39, Fort Kent: violating protective order (two counts), filed with $500 costs (each).
• Jimmy D. Trotter Jr., 35, Caribou: probation violation (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and probation partially revoked (each).
• Jacob Turner, 22, Presque Isle: failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine; and failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, dismissed.
• Shawn M. Wallace, 34, Caribou: aggravated furnishing synthetic hallucinogenic drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all suspended; and three years’ probation.
• Travis J. White, 29, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 30 months in prison; refusing to sign criminal summons, 30 days in jail; assault on an officer, 18 months in prison; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, and violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (each).
