Allen Henderson

    PRESQUE ISLE – Allen Henderson, 69, passed away Monday afternoon, Dec. 15, 2014, at his residence in Presque Isle. He was born Sept. 30, 1945, in Washburn, the son of George and Eda (Goding) Henderson.
    Allen worked as a Janitor at SAD #1 for 32 years. He played guitar and sang songs. He enjoyed camping and going to the Gathering Place in Presque Isle.
    He is survived by his wife, Maxine (Snyder) Henderson of Presque Isle; two sons, Jim and his wife, Pamela, of Caribou, Allen Jr. and his companion, Shelli Maynard, of Presque Isle; a daughter-in-law, Nicki Henderson of Presque Isle; two sisters, Linda Henderson of Framing-ham, MA, and Trudy Blier and her husband, Butch, of Springfield, OR, five  grandchildren: Jesse, Codie, Briana, Wyatt and Mathew II.
    He was predeceased by a son, Matt in 2008; three brothers, Glen, Wendell and Dagg; three sisters, Edna, Roberta and Shirley.
