PARMELEE — A boy, Jaxson William Parmelee, born on Nov. 1, 2014, to Brittany and Jason Parmelee of Presque Isle. Maternal grandparents are Barbara and Rodney Pelkey of Fort Fairfield.
RACKLIFFE — A girl, Kaylee Ruth Rackliffe, born on Nov. 2, 2014, to Heidi and Ryan Rackliffe of Washburn. Maternal grandparents are Donald Froehlich of Westbrook and Joyce Froehlich of Washburn. Paternal grandparents are Stan and Heidi Nicholson of Romulus, Mich.
