PiYo — This class will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 13 with classes being held each

Cost is $45 for Houlton residents and $65 for non-Houlton residents. Participants should bring their own mat and wear comfortable clothes. Hand weights are optional.
Zumba — This class will be held each Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15 p.m. starting Jan. 13. Lura Griffin is the instructor for this Latin-inspired, dance fitness class. The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion.
Cost is $45 for Houlton residents and $65 for non-Houlton residents. Participants should wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.
