PRESQUE ISLE, ME & OKEMAH, OK – Janice Louise Finnemore Easler Leach passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer at Southern Acres on January 7, 2015. She was born December 6, 1952, the daughter of George A. Finnemore Sr. and Geraldine E. Day Finnemore.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Leach, of Okemah, OK; sons, Edward Easler, Daniel Easler of Washburn, ME, Michael Easler of El Reno, TX; two brothers, George Finnemore Jr. of Presque Isle, ME, Gordan and wife, Rebecca Finnemore, of Gulf Port, MS; four grandchildren, Brody Easler and Zander Easler of Presque Isle, ME, Chase Levasseur and Julia Levasseur of Westbrook, ME; two uncles, Arthur Day and partner, Sue Young of Presque Isle, ME, and Gary Day and wife, Mimi, of CT; aunts, Shirley Day of Mars Hill, ME, and Gloria Belmain and husband, Bill, of Washburn, ME; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, George A. Finnemore Sr. and Gerlaldine E. Day Finnemore.
Special messages from Janice go to Harold Leach and the two dogs, Baby Girl and Hobo, and to her many friends and family of Okemah, OK, “Miss you and love you forever; also to a special friend, Sue Young, for doing all you did for me in the last couple of months in my time of need, mostly for just being with me, thank you, Love Janice.”
