12:15 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Smyrna Street to assist a citizen.
12:32 p.m. — Officer Quint responded to Ludlow Road to check into a parking violation issue.
3:51 p.m. — Officer Quint responded to Bangor Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
7:50 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Smyrna Street to investigate a report of theft.
9:39 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Military Street to investigate a report of assault.
11:05 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Watson Avenue to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.
Monday, February 2
12:55 a.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to North Street to arrest a 35-year-old Hammond male, Orlando Valle, for failing to appear and possession of marijuana.

It’s tournament time!
For those of us who are heading down to Bangor to enjoy basketball, basketball, and more basketball, please remember the security of your home. Do all those things that need to be done before you leave, but mostly lock your doors.
Once you get to Bangor, remember to lock your vehicle, keeping out of view those items that may catch a roaming eye.
