The Oakfield Senior Citizens met Wednesday, March 4, at the Oakfield snowmobile club with 25 members and four guests present.
Mr. Locke called the meeting to order after a potluck luncheon, followed by the Lord’s Prayer and the Flag Salute.
A very good auction was held with a great deal of fun along the way.
Those attending were Sharon Anderson, Tessie Barrett, George Barrows, Geneva Bell, Kathleen Boutilier, David Burpee, Verna Boone, Bernice Campbell, Jeanne Clements, Bill Dill, Lottie and Earl Doughty, Thelma Flowers, Nacie Fowler, Arlene Friel, Mildred Gagnon, Marie Gillotti, Sandra Holmes, Robert and Delores Locke, Donald and Charlotte Marley, Iona Nadeau, Wanetta Townsend, Juanita Wiggins, and guests Everett and Barbara Doughty, Susan Scott and Sharon Wazris.
The next meeting will be March 30. Members were asked to bring peanut butter and jelly for the food pantry.
