• Neil W. Berry, 31, Mapleton, operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Dillon L. Boucher, 23, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Joseph J. Bradley, 44, Windham, N.H.: exceeding ruffed grouse possession limit, $275 fine.
• Ricky J. Bright, 46, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Dylan P. Brooker, 22, Easton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Bernard H. Brown III, 39, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Cory Buck, 43, Corinna: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
• Troy W. Carney, 47, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
• Adam S. Chandler, 30, Clovis, N.M.: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, filed with unspecified costs.
• Todd Chasse, 32, Easton: violating condition of release and negotiating a worthless instrument, five days in jail (each) and $438.60 restitution (second).
• Alexsea Cholewa, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Joshua J. Clark, 21, Presque Isle: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $300 fine.
• Samantha R. Clayton, 18, Presque Isle: littering, $250 fine.
• Cody S. Closson, 24, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
• Paul Clayton Cote II, 41, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; and possession or distribution of dangerous knives, $500 fine.
• Stephen H. Cyr, 44, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Mark H. Desmond, 45, Easton: criminal trespass (two counts), violating condition of release (two counts) and terrorizing, 48 days in jail (each).
• Colby L. Doucette, 23, Presque Isle: assault, $750 fine.
• Fred Dubay Manuel, 46, Mapleton: failure to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, $500 fine.
• Amy M. Dube, 45, Mapleton, littering, $500 fine.
• Stephen D. Dyer, 34, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault (two counts), six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, and two years’ probation (first), 30 days in jail (second); and obstructing report of crime, dismissed.
• Ronald F. Eccleston, 55, Arthurette, N.B.: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $500 fine.
• Omar Edgecomb, 23, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• David P. Gagne, 56, Fort Fairfield: burning without permit, suppression costs, $150 fine.
• Brianna L. Gerrish, 18, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• John J. Goode, 35, Manchester, N.H.: rule violation, operating without duty record, $500 fine.
• Dillon J. Hadfield, 21, Chapman: failing to operate ATV at prudent speed, $150 fine.
• Shawn Haley, 36, Portage: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
• Judson J. Harding, 32, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
• Sean Harding, 21, Bar Harbor, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Leroy Hart, 40, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail and $968 restitution.
• Samuel E. Heath, 25, Sherman: violating condition of release and failing to stop ATV, 48 hours in jail (each), $1,000 fine (second); operating ATV without lights, $100 fine; operating ATV on public way, $200 fine; and reckless operation of ATV, failing to operate ATV at prudent speed and ATV noise and fire control violation, dismissed (each).
• Robert Paul Helstrom, 31, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, and two years’ probation; assault, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 72 hours in jail.
