    PRESQUE ISLE & EASTON – Marilyn “Mary” Osgood Lamoreau, 82, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015, with her family by her side at a Presque Isle nursing facility. She was born December 11, 1932, the daughter of the late Earl and Elizabeth (Gilman) Osgood.
    Mary attended Presque Isle High School and graduated in 1951. That same year, she married her husband, Claude Lamoreau. Mary owned and operated her own antique shop in Easton called Country Meadow Antique Shop for 20 years. Her favorite joys in life were remodeling and decorating.
    She is survived by her husband, Claude, of Presque Isle; two sisters, Esther Allen and husband, William, of Presque Isle, and Barbara Farrington of Hampden, ME, and Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
    She was predeceased by her parents; one brother, Richard Osgood; and one sister, Marjorie Osgood McCrea.
    Friends may call at Faye Funeral Home, 5 Erskine St., Presque Isle, from 1-2 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 2015. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m., from the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Sue Brown Officiating. A reception will be held at the Northeastland Hotel, Presque Isle, after the funeral. Interment will take place in the spring at Estes Park Cemetery, Easton.
