A MODEL SISTER — This is one of my favorite photos of my little sister that I have taken. I enjoy the story the photo conveys. I had my sister seem hopeless, like so many children on the streets, with an austere background of lifeless trees as well, as the continuous track created a bleak, desolate mood. The tracks also create leading lines, a photo composition, leading into the main object, Emma. Hope you enjoy.

LIFE’S SIMPLE THINGS — The simplicity and elegance of this photograph makes it one of my favorites. The simplicity makes the viewer focus more on the beauty of the model and also creates more of a pure photograph. It shows that complexity is not always better. The simple things in life are just as valuable.

PICTURE PERFECT — I took this picture outside my house this fall. I really like this picture because of the reds and greens in it. I also like it because the flower really stands out compared to the darker greens in the back. I also believe that it has the perfect lighting.
