HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November.
Jonathan Abbott, 25, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 21 days in jail.
Jacob R. Dickinson, 28, Oakfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended, three years’ probation and $120 restitution.
Ashley Eastham, 23, Houlton: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Troy Hallett, 46, Bridgewater: criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and terrorizing, two years in prison (each); obstructing report of crime and domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison (each); aggravated assault, 10 years in prison, all but three years suspended, three-years’ probation; and kidnapping, dismissed.
Tony Jackson, 39, Caribou: violating protective order, dismissed; and violating condition of release, $500 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Adele M. King, 39, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Richard M. Kinney, 44, Houlton: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation revoked.
Floyd R. Legassie, 65, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs, permanent transfer (each).
Yhwhtowbi Martinez, 33, Merrill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in jail.
Peter J. McGary, 44, Hodgdon: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; and aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.
David F. McGuire, 28, Monticello: forgery, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
Allen Richardson, 40, Wytopitlock: probation violations: 120 days in jail (three counts); 30 days in jail (four counts); and three years, eight months in prison, probation revoked (one count).
Jennifer J. Savoy, 31, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 10 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one year and six months probation and $120 restitution.
Charles G. Spellman, 46, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Eric D. Stevens, 42, Houlton: burglary (four counts), 66 months in prison (each); criminal mischief (four counts), 364 days in prison (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (four counts), five years in prison (each).
Felisha Suitter, 34, Smyrna: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 15 years in prison, all but seven years suspended and four years’ probation.
Artimus J. Williams, 43, Littleton: negotiating a worthless instrument (three counts), 90 days in prison (first, third) and dismissed (second); violating condition of release, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), two years in prison, all but nine months and one day suspended, two years’ probation and $13,942.63 restitution (first) and dismissed (second).
