    MICHAUD, Patricia A., 85, WEST CHAPMAN, at Presque Isle, April 12, 2015. A Memorial Service will take place Saturday, April 18, at 1 p.m. at the chapel of the funeral home. Arrangements are under the care of Faye Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

    WEST CHAPMAN – Patricia A. Michaud, 85, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 12, 2015, surrounded by family at a Presque Isle nursing facility. She was born on December 19, 1929, in Fairfield, daughter of Charles and Lottie (Ferland) King.
    Pat and her husband, Don, were co-owners of the Star City IGA for many years. Pat was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was an excellent cook and loved to feed her family and anyone who came to visit. Her favorite things included spoiling her grandchildren and collecting anything with hummingbirds.
    She was married to the love of her life, Donald, for 60 years before he passed away in June of 2012.
    She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ellen Wilcox of Middletown, CT, and Lottie Michaud of Mapleton; her sons, Steven Michaud of Middletown, CT, and Richard Michaud and his wife, Cindy, of Linneus; her grandchildren, Matthew Bouchard, Michael Michaud, Amy Langley and Jessica Michaud; and her great-grandchildren, Michael, Nyah, Kolby, Connor and Londynn. In addition, she is survived by her sisters, Norma Grenier and her husband, Ross, of Mapleton, and Carol Roux of Shawmut; and several nieces and nephews.
    She was predeceased by her parents and two sisters, Lorraine Booth and Beverly Trionfante; and one son-in-law, David Wilcox.
    Friends and family may call Saturday, April 18, 2015, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Faye Funeral Home, 5 Erskine Street, Presque Isle. A Memorial Service will follow at 1 p.m. at the chapel of the funeral home. Immediately following services, everyone is invited to the Northeastland Hotel for a time of fellowship.
    A special thanks to the Presque Isle Rehab and Nursing Center and staff for the years of loving care of both Pat and Don.
