During a recent Caribou City Council meeting, representatives of Troop 184, from left, Second Class Scouts Alex Picard, Jack Doody, Josh Fortin and chaperone Scott Belanger made an appearance in the audience. The boys earned their Citizenship badges by participating in a municipal government meeting. Absent from the photo were Second Class Scouts Adian Plante, Carter Belanger, Logan Longley and Devon Ouellette, and parent Todd Ouellette.
