    Hardy, F. William “Bill” Jr., 66, April 11, 2015.  A memorial service will be held at the American Legion Post 47 at 2 p.m. on May 8.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Saint Mary of the Visitation Church, Houlton, at 10 a.m. on May 9.  Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton.

American Flag Color    HOULTON – F. William “Bill” Hardy Jr., 66, died after an illness April 11, 2015, at his home in Houlton. He was born April 28, 1948, in Winchester, MA, the son of F. W. “Sonny” and Mary L. (Lee) Suitter.
    Bill graduated from Houlton High School, class of 1966. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1970. He held a B.S. from Ricker College and was a longtime member of the American Legion and B.P.O.E.
    Bill is survived by his mother; a stepdaughter, Melissa Beaulieu; a daughter, Amber Hardy; siblings, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father; his wife, Denise; and a brother, Robert.
    A memorial service will be at the American Legion Post 47 at 2 p.m. on May 8. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Saint Mary of the Visitation Church in Houlton May 9 at 10 a.m. with Rev. David Raymond celebrant.
