The Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its third session of 2015 on April 9 and handed down 20 indictments against 19 individuals without any “no bills.”
Those indicted include:
Carly S. Milliard, 30, Portage Lake: operating under the influence with priors, operating beyond license restriction, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, refusing to submit to arrest, and trafficking in prison contraband.
Amelia Campbell, 31, Fredley, Minn.: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Eliza J. Berberian, 28, Sherman: theft, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of money and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Darrell A. Hanning, 23, Houlton: domestic violence assault with priors, obstructing the report of a crime and criminal mischief.
Matthew J. Collett, 27, Houlton: domestic violence assault with priors, violating bail and violating protective order.
Tonya L. Hardy, 34, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Dovon K. Drake, 49, Island Falls: violating sex offender registry with priors.
Vladimir Alphonse, 33, Windham: failure to report.
Michael C. Bennett, 23, Houlton: receiving stolen property.
Adam T. Maguire, 30, Houlton: domestic violence assault with prior.
Ervin D. Suitter, 64, Houlton: possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and fraudulently obtaining or possessing a hunting license.
Christian M. McDonald, 27, Oakfield: operating after revocation, eluding, violating condition of release and criminal speed.
Robert A. Vanhouten, 33, Presque Isle: failure to report.
Suju M. Mahendrappa, 41, Fredericton, N.B.: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
James I. Keaton, 24, Houlton: burglary and theft with priors.
Daniel R. Bouchard, 36, Linneus: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
Ashley L. Quint, 28, Linneus: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Jeffrey W. Brown, 47, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Alan M. Gillotti Jr., 29, Linneus: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
