NEW SWEDEN – Eric J. Beckstrom, 54, died unexpectedly May 6, 2015, at his New Sweden residence. He was born in Lagrange, Illinois, April 28, 1961, the son of the late Herman and Mildred (Banka) Beckstrom.
Eric married Veronica Provencio and was employed at McCain Foods for several years.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Veronica of New Sweden, are his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Stella and Ron Neathery of San Antonio, Texas; two nieces, Kristin and Jordin; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Helen and Ray Provencio of California; and a special cousin, Charlie Anderson of Gardner.
