PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of January.
• Alyssa Theriault, 19, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension; and operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, $150 fine.
• Leeanna Thibodeau, 33, Bangor: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $161.34 restitution.
• Mark Joseph Thornton, 44, Nobleboro: violating protective order, $1,000 fine.
• Rodney B. Tompkins, 55, Bridgewater: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Tristan P. Tompkins, 19, Mapleton: minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
• Brandon D. Tuck, 28, Fort Fairfield: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Katrina Webb, 37, Littleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
• Thurston W. Wheeler Jr., 44, Fort Fairfield: shooting firearm, bow and arrow or crossbow over way, $200 fine.
• Jessie J. White, 36, Perham: violating protective order, criminal trespass, and violating condition of release, 25 days in jail (each).
• Jonathan D. Worthley, 42, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine and 50 hours community service.
• Willie N. York, 33, Presque Isle: criminal trespass and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail (each).
