    WOOSTER, OH & PRESQUE ISLE, ME – David T. Eager, 50, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015, at LifeCare Hospice, Wooster, OH. He was born June 22, 1964, in Naples, Italy, the son of Susan Nickerson of Presque Isle, ME.
    He was a graduate of Presque Isle High School in 1982, of the University of Southern Maine in 1988 and Cleveland School of Law in 2000. He practiced law in Wooster, OH, from 2006 to 2015.
    He is survived by his mother, Susan Nickerson of Presque Isle; step-mother, Dianne Cote Eager of Coconut Creek, FL; step-son, Fred Erbe of Akron, OH; brother, Robert Eager and his wife, Renee of Presque Isle; sister, Tamie Jarvis and her partner, Peter Umphrey of Presque Isle; brother, Shawn Eager and his wife, Amber of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; nephews, Tyler and Matthew Eager of Presque Isle; nieces, Jenice and Kenedy Jarvis of Presque Isle; aunts, Linda Corrow of Presque Isle and Nancy Blalack of Monroe, GA; great-aunt, Frances H. Whited of Caribou, ME; several cousins; and many dear life-long friends.
    David was predeceased by his father, Storer E. Eager; step-father, Edwin E. Nickerson; grandparents, Harold and Mary Cheney, and Ralph and Florence Eager.
    David enjoyed sports throughout his life, motorcycle rides, outdoor activities, spending time with his friends, especially his annual trips to Old Orchard Beach.
    Calling hours will be at 11 a.m. on June 13, 2015, at Faye Funeral Home, 5 Erskine Street, Presque Isle, followed by a memorial service at 12 noon. Interment will take place at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle. A reception will follow at Presque Isle Inn and Convention Center.
