    Anderson, Terrance “Terry”, 91, May 14, 2015.  A celebration of life will be held later this summer.  Arrangements are in the care of Bowers Funeral Home, Houlton.

American Flag Color    CARY PLANTATION – Terrance “Terry” Anderson, 91, died May 14, 2015, in Houlton surrounded by his family. He was born December 8, 1923, in Providence RI, the son of Donald and Althyn (Oliver) Anderson.
    He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WW II receiving the Purple Heart during the Italian Campaign on the Gulf of Salerno. He retired from the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad in 1972.
    He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Gloria (Devine) Anderson, of Cary Plantation; his daughter, Susan Sellers and her husband, Mark of Naples, Italy; a daughter-in-law, Shirley A. Dunn of Phoenix, AZ; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two nephews, Brian Wiggin, AL, and Jeffrey Wiggin, MD. He was predeceased by his parents; a son, Darryl Dunn, in January 2014; and a sister, Mavis Wiggin.
    A celebration of life will be held later this summer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the A.E. Howell Sanctuary, 101 Lycette Road, Amity, ME 04471 or the Houlton Humane Society, P.O. Box 548, Houlton, ME 04730. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home of Houlton.
