    NASH, Helen, 84, BLAINE, June 12, 2015. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

     BLAINE – Helen Nash, 84, passed away Friday evening, June 12, 2015, at her residence in Blaine. She was born on August 7, 1930, in Linneus, the daughter of Henry and Louise (Kervin) Henderson. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 54 years where she served as 7th district president for 3 terms. She was also a member of the Rebekahs. Helen loved to crochet, knit and ride on her lawn mower. She was known for her delicious cookies and homemade donuts and loved to cook for her family and friends and often gave people a place to stay for the night. She was a friend to all that came into her home.
    Helen is survived by her sons, Larry and Mary Nash of Easton, and David Nash of Blaine; special daughter, Jean Nash of Blaine; and daughter, Susan and her husband, Kirk Terrell of Blaine; a special grandson, Josiah Nash of Blaine; a special nephew, John Moone of Virginia; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and special pets, Chloe, George and Patchy Cat.
    In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence “Lonnie” Nash; brother, Benjamin Henderson; and sister, Margaret Cunniff.
