HOULTON, Maine — There is still time for Houlton alums to get involved in many of the activities taking place as part of Reunion 2015 – the multi-class reunion being presented by the Houlton High School Alumni Association.
The Alumni Association will have a basketball themed parade entry in the July 4th Parade, which will be centered around the 2015 Girls Class C State Champs, who will be in the parade along with their Gold Ball. The Alumni Association hopes to surround this young team with some of the players who paved the way for them … both male and female. Anyone interested in being included in the entry can contact Nancy Ketch at nketch64@gmail.com.
The group will also be decorating the float on Thursday, July 2, at 5 p.m. at the Fitzpatrick garage on Sugarloaf Street. Those interested in helping with the decorating are encouraged to stop by the garage on Thursday.
Alums are also sought to participate in the Alumni Soccer Game, which will be held Wednesday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m. at the Houlton High School Soccer Field. Those interested should contact Todd Willard at
towillard@rsu29.org.
There is also still time for individuals to participate in the Alumni Variety Show scheduled for Friday, July 10, at 7 p.m. at the Houlton High School Auditorium. Those interested in being a part of the Alumni Band or Alumni Chorus can contact Nancy Ketch at nketch64@gmail.com. The chorus will be lead by Rick Nickerson, Class of ‘81 and director of the renowned Windham Chamber Singers.
