    CARIBOU – Patricia Carol (Conley) Nickerson, 75, died July 5, 2015, in Caribou. She was born October 6, 1939, in Presque Isle, the first child of Elwood H. and Frances (White) Conley. She attended Presque Isle High School.
    Pat was a lover of life and everyone loved her. She owned several businesses such as Mary Louise Fashions in Presque Isle and was co-owner of K/N Motors and Nickerson Chrysler/Plymouth in Caribou, and Pat’s Gulf in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She was an accomplished pilot and often flew with her husband, Gerry.
    Pat was highly intelligent and no one could beat her at Trivial Pursuit. She loved Jeopardy and could answer every question.
    She was an avid reader and crossworder. Pat was a wonderful cook, hostess and seamstress and was always happiest when she had a big crowd around her. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
    She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gerald Nickerson of Caribou; two daughters, Kathy Nickerson of Hodgenville, KY, and Lisa Nickerson and her husband, David Corey of Caribou; a grandson, Matthew Buck and his wife, Terri of Hodgenville, KY; two great-grandchildren, Makena and Ryan Buck also of KY; four siblings, Tina Knowlton of North Port, FL, Michael Conley of Atkinson, Debra Cole and her husband, Jerry of Dover-Foxcroft, and Peter Conley and his wife, Sheri of Milo.
    She was predeceased by two children, an infant son, Scott Nickerson and a daughter, Darcey Ann Nickerson.
    A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Wed., July 8, 2015, at Riverside Ext. Cemetery, Washburn, with Rev. Larry Palmer officiating.
