AUGUSTA — Maine Lottery’s top 10 winners in June took home nearly $2 million in combined winnings, including a $1 million instant winner in the Lottery’s $40 Million Fortune game.
The top ten winners were: $250,000 to $1 million winners: Daniel Desmond, Vinalhaven and Charles Wright, Westbrook; $100,000 winners: Dorothy Milliken, Cumberland; Jason Gildard, Cape Elizabeth; James Dillon, Sanford; Robert Bouchard, Appleton; Clifford Davenport, Hodgdon and Roman Jordan, Franklin; $50,000 to $70,000 winners; Anna Harrison, Warren R.I. and Kristine Esposito, Millbridge.
In all, 458 people each won $1,000 or more playing Maine Lottery draw and instant win games in May with earnings totaling $3.06 million; 38 people won prizes of at least $10,000 each.
