The Maine Community Foundation has elected two members from the area to its board of directors: Gregg Collins and Timothy Crowley, both of Caribou.
Collins is vice president of the S.W. Collins Company. He is chair of the Cary Medical Center Board of Directors; a board member of Aroostook Aspirations; vice chair of the Northern Maine Community College Foundation; and an advisory committee member of Presque Isle High School Regional Trades Program and the Bicycle Coalition of Maine.
He served on the community foundation’s Aroostook County Committee from 2006 and was chair from 2012-2014. Collins has a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Maine.
Crowley became president of Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle in 2002. He serves on the boards of the Aroostook Partnership for Progress and the Lifeflight of Maine Foundation.
He became an adviser on the foundation’s Aroostook County Committee in 2010. Crowley holds a bachelor of arts and master’s degree from the University of Southern Maine.
